The idea is to improve the marketing and the website of the club. 6 recent graduates from Marketing and IT backgrounds(IT with web design background) will be chosen through a method of interviewing to take part in an estagio program named BragaIDOL or BragaGRAD. All 12 will be guarenteed 3 months estagio with 3 marketing graduates and 3 IT graduates going through to a second 3 month period. The aim is to create a proper marketing structure from complete basics to actually putting their ideas into action along with creating a website that is not only functional and up to date but one that will be the envy of all other clubs in Portugal. At the end of 6 months. 1 marketing graduate and 1 IT graduate will be offered an attractive job working with the best club in the world. Not only would this opportunity appeal to graduates who wish to prove their abilities but also with the proposition of a full time job I have no doubts that there would be many applicants. The benefits to both SC BRAGA and applicants are immense and we would end up with two people who are professionally qualified and capable to do an excellent job in spreading nationally and internationally the fantastic brand that is SC BRAGA. Methods for choosing the final six and winners could be done through fan input, through the website and also on the quality and sustainability of ideas from the marketing graduates... Everybody gains..
era bom era, mas infelizmente em portugal os estágios não funcionam assim...
não existe uma real integração entre as instiuições de ensino superior e as empresas.
infelizmente neste nosso Portugal, e ainda mais agora com a "crise económica", é tudo a base da cunha e dos jobs for the boys.
